CapMan Real Estate I fund said on Thursday it is to develop the new headquarters of Finland's leading provider of healthcare and laboratory products OneMed. The firm has leased from the City of Helsinki an undeveloped site located in the Haaga district of Helsinki and applied for building permission on the site. Construction is scheduled to start during the coming autumn. The investment amount for the development was not diclosed.
