Cushman & Wakefield has been named European Retail Property Adviser of the Year for the second consecutive year at the EG Retail & Future Project Awards at the Mapic retail real estate fair in Cannes. UK real estate magazine Estates Gazette launched the awards in 2006 to recognise excellence across the entire European retail sector. John Strachan, head of Global Retail at Cushman & Wakefield, said: 'This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the strength and expertise of our truly pan-European retail group.'
