Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Tim Crighton to lead its Logistics & Industrial team in EMEA.
He will lead the team and coordinate the firm’s brokerage, occupier services, project and development services, valuation, and capital markets activity across the logistics and industrial sector in EMEA.
Crighton joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 from Europe’s leading home improvement retailer Kingfisher Plc where he led logistics and distribution activities across its network of over 1,100 stores. He previously held roles at Linde Group subsidiaries BOC and GIST. He succeeds Rob Hall who is stepping down from overall team leadership after 22 years although remaining a member of the team, responsible for occupier services including its performance in tenant representation.
Several senior figures have joined Cushman & Wakefield Logistics & Industrial teams across EMEA in recent months including Steven Siebert and Arnd Sternberg in Germany and Pere Morcillo in Spain.
