Black Swan Real Estate Capital has expanded in France through the acquisition of a mixed-use portfolio from a French family office. The deal, of an undisclosed amount, was made on behalf of an unnamed British investment fund and the French family office, Hadès Patrimoine.
Irish hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group has purchased the Apex Hotel London Wall for £53.4 mln (€62.1 mln) from Apex Hotels Limited, the owner of the long leasehold interest, with 107 years remaining.
