Amsterdam sets 2015 target for 100% green homes

The Amsterdam city council said on Thursday that all new homes built in the city will be climate neutral by the year 2015, five years sooner than the target set by the current Dutch government. The council said project developers now have the 'know-how and experience' to build climate neutral buildings on a large scale.
