Les Boutiques gare de l'Est is the company's second shopping centre in a Parisian railway station, following Les Boutiques Gare du Nord, opened in November 2002. Both realizations are in partnership with the 'Direction des Gares et de l'Escale', the specialized branch of SNCF for station management.
Les Boutiques Gare de l'Est comprises 32 shops on two levels and is operated by Altarea with a 40-year concession of public space.
