Dubai-based El Fajer is using the Expo Italia Real Estate to showcase its Jumeihra Business Centre Tower development in downtown Dubai. Al Fajer ceo Shahram Abdullah Zadeh said Dubai is attracting a lot of interest from European investors, especially from Germany and the UK, and he wants to spark demand in other parts of Europe.
