BNP Paribas Real Estate has completed on the sale of the Aberdeen HQ of global energy group Equinor, on behalf of Golden Globe, to a private overseas investor for £20 mln (€23 mln).
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
