German lender Aareal has announced it is extending the scope of its 2009 'Excellence in Real Estate Research' competition to include students from international universities. The award, held in conjunction with the Real Estate Management Institute (REMI), features prizes totalling EUR 10,000 to 'reward superior scientific endeavour in the field of real estate economics'. The first edition in February this year was exclusively for German students.
