AWG Property, advised by Savills, has sold La Galleria Outlet Centre near Bergamo to Italian retailer and real estate developer Gruppo Percassi for an undisclosed sum. The 11,243 m[sup]2[/sup] centre, comprises 48 units over two floors and 1,100 external car parking spaces. Gruppo Percassi's plans for the centre have not been finalised, but conversion of the scheme to a full-price shopping centre with an extension is a possibility.
