Invesco Real Estate (IRE), has recruited Cristiano Stampa as senior director of transactions for France, with additional responsibility for overseeing the local transaction teams responsible for investments across Southern Europe.
Based in Paris and reporting into IRE’s managing director of transactions for Europe, Paul Joubert, Stampa will be responsible for providing local expertise to IRE's pan-European fund management teams and will work with a team of transactions specialists located in three countries in Europe: France, Spain and Italy.
Stampa brings over 16 years of international real estate experience, including wide-ranging sector experience across core, higher returning (debt) and income (residential) investments.
He joins IRE from Generali Real Estate where he was responsible for international funds and international transactions. Prior to this he began his career at the Deutsche Bank Group.
