DTZ Investors has sold the freehold interest of Nightingale House, 65 Curzon Street, Mayfair, W1, to an overseas private investor.
The property comprises multi-let offices totalling 40,250 ft2 (3,740 m2) net, and benefits from a planning consent for a Pilbrow & Partners designed residential led redevelopment to create 32 private residential apartments, parking, retail and restaurant space.
The consented scheme incorporates an arcade linking Stratton Street with Curzon Street overlooking both Green Park and Berkeley Square.
The property was launched for sale in April guiding in excess of £80 mln (€88m) for the freehold interest.
