UK-focused property investment, development and asset management advisory company Delancey has appointed Daniel Berger as property & funds director.

Working closely with the executive team, Berger will be responsible for managing and growing funds under management. He will also be a member of the Delancey Steering Committee.

Berger joins Delancey from AustralianSuper, the largest Australian superannuation and pension fund, where he was a portfolio manager responsible for creating and delivering the European real estate strategy for their European real estate portfolio which is currently valued at £1.3 bn.

Prior to this role, he was a fixed income investment manager at the same organisation with responsibility for its global credit portfolio. Berger has also held roles at Perpetual Investments, Goldman Sachs and Macquarie Bank.
